Central Early Learning Center

 As a Lifeguard and Field Trip Support staff member for a Summer Camp Program, responsibilities included supervising children during swimming activities to ensure safety and enforce pool rules, monitoring campers at all times, and responding quickly to emergencies when needed. Additional duties included assisting with organizing and supervising field trips, helping maintain a safe and positive environment, supporting camp counselors with daily activities, and ensuring campers followed schedules and behavioral expectations. Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and child supervision skills were used daily to provide a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all campers.
